I love coming back to Harmony Valley with all of its great townspeople and wonderful new stories that make and shape this town. Sheriff Nate Landry may have not known that he had a child, but now that he does he's going to do everything he can to make sure he is part of his life. Finding out that he is a dad has brought up old feelings about his father that he thought he had buried years ago. Julie Smith only wants one thing in this town and that is to get Nate to sign over his parental rights, but Nate seems to be fighting her on it and she isn't strong enough to do the one thing her sister wanted more than anything and that is for her to forgive Nate for leaving. I was given an ARC from the author/publisher. All conclusions are mine and mine alone.

"Support Your Local Sheriff" (Harmony Valley Book 10) by Melinda Curtis is a great read. I enjoyed Nate and Julie's story. This story has romance, overcoming loss, new beginnings, humor, entertaining characters, and more. A great addition to the Harmony Valley series. Recommend to all fans of romance, series, and happily ever afters.
About the author
Melinda grew up on an isolated sheep ranch, where mountain lions had been seen and yet she roamed unaccompanied. Being a rather optimistic, clueless of danger, sort she took to playing "what if" games that led her to become an author. She spends days trying to figure out new ways to say "He made her heart pound." That might sound boring, but the challenge keeps her mentally ahead of her 3 kids and college sweetheart husband.
