Twins Gary and Kenneth Cartwright suffered pediatric strokes. An experimental system called Vicarious Joe helped Kenneth become a famous motivational speaker but Gary's disability didn't qualify. When Gary meets one of the programmers, he embarks on a bootlegged version, until it all crashes down.
