Private Eye Bob Roosevelt wants to go trout fishing. His snide guardian angel warns fishing can get him killed and advises they should go bar hopping instead. Ignoring good advice, Roosevelt does not catch a trout but snags a naked lady with a bullet hole in her head... A funny, not-so-normal whodunit.
