When Dr. Marc St. Clair inherits a Victorian house from Aunt Miriam, he and his paraplegic wife, Summer, must live in it for a year before closing the deal. The house is said to be haunted and Marc must learn by whom or what before the year's up, or risk losing his inheritance and the woman he loves.
