A mysterious contaminate infects the water of Detroit, the city is soon overrun by mindless, naked, twitching bodies. People of all ages and backgrounds gather in an abandoned lot in the center of downtown to walk in a giant circle. Trapped and alone, Chris and Sarah must find a way to survive.
