Newly widowed Francesca Canelli accepts a sexual proposition from her son's soccer coach who promises to secure her son a position on his premier St. Louis team. Their bargain quickly sours when the coach abuses Francesca and threatens to renege on the deal. But when the coach winds up dead, Francesca must fight to keep herself out of jail.
