Based on the real-life 'Countess Dracula', Erzsebet Bathory, a sexual predator and mass murderer who bathed in blood because she believed it reversed signs of aging, killed hundreds. Upon her death, she is raised by the vampire, Anton and returns still a monster, but now an immortal one!
